Facilitated by Hadley Berry. Class will be held at the Lampasas County Annex at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29. After a brief review of basic nutrition information that was presented at the first class, Hadley will give a talk on how many macronutrients are needed for activities that we perform daily.
